How is a tow initiated?
Vehicles without the proper permit or illegally parked are subject to being towed.
Tows can be initiated by property owners or through regular parking lot patrols by Trinity Towing personnel. This is determined by the property owner.
What types of payments are accepted?
We accept cash, debit, or credit cards. Cards used for towing payments must match the name of the person removing the vehicle from our lot.
Why should I register to park?
Registering your vehicle prevents accidental towing and keeps you from paying unnecessary fees for removal. All residents and their guests can register their vehicles via the My Community VIP resident portal. Meet property requirements.
What documents are needed to pick up my vehicle?
You must present proof of ownership (registration, title, or valid insurance card) and a valid photo identification issued by a state, federal, or foreign government agency.
How much will it cost to retrieve my vehicle?
