Are towing violations documented by Trinity Towing?
Yes, photos are taken to verify the violation before a vehicle is taken from your parking facility.
Regular reports of towing activity are sent via email to property owners, including the photographs.
What is your online customer portal used for?
Our online portal provides services for both property managers and vehicle owners.
Traditional and permit-less parking vehicle registration can be completed through our online portal. Messages can be sent directly to tow drivers 24/7, and towed individuals can locate their vehicles and pay towing fees online.
